I’m a Third Year Political Science student. From the sidelines of CUSA I have helped shape the creation of several pieces of policy and motions and discussed many future goals. As VPI I hope to further the plans that my predecessors have created, as well as build on it with further policy reform. My goal is to fix CUSA, one piece of policy at a time through electoral code reform that has proven necessary, further detailed discrimination and harassment policies, and generally work towards policies current and future council and students alike will be able to better understand and utilize.

Hey, I am a 3rd year student of Systems and Computer Engineering. I am currently a CUSA Councillor for the Faculty of Engineering and Design and also the Vice Chair for the CUSA Finance, Fees, and Funds Committee. With previous CUSA experience in student governance and financial management, I’m running for CUSA’s Vice President Internal to enhance transparency, improve operational and governance efficiency, and ensure stronger student representation.
As a dedicated advocate for student well-being, I am committed to making our university a better place for everyone. With experience in leadership, advocacy, and community-building through my involvement in the Congo Student Association and campaign groups, I understand the challenges students face. My goal is to address key issues like academic support, mental health resources, and campus inclusivity. I believe in real solutions, open communication, and action-driven leadership.
I’m so excited to be running to be your next VP Student Issues! As Co-President of the Carleton Human Rights Society and President of IJV Carleton, I’ve fought for student rights, equity, and justice on campus. Entering my third year as an elected Senator on the Carleton University Academic Senate, I have gained the necessary governance experience to excel in this role. Furthermore, my time as the Public Policy Analyst for the Canadian Cancer Survivor Network improved my communication and policy skills.
My platform is based on three critical issues that have gone mostly unaddressed: affordability, accessibility, and advocacy. With a strong track record of fighting for students, I’ll ensure your voice is heard because that’s the absolute minimum!
I am currently a third-year journalism and political science student and a Chancellor’s scholar. Over the past two years, I’ve overseen CUSA’s government relations strategy, advocating on behalf of students on issues such as transit, affordable housing, food security, humanitarian crises, and tuition costs. I am currently the youngest elected official in Ontario, elected at 18, and serving my constituents as a municipal councillor for the Town of Espanola. I value hard work, transparency, and accountability to deliver on the issues that matter most. I want to bolster our advocacy efforts and make a student experience that is safe, affordable, and accessible for all students.
